At Evermorrow, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Include any tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopevermorrow.com Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may have entered processing and can no longer be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods
  • Beauty or personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
